  Liked: Beautiful place, well maitained grounds, large and clean pool, plenty sunbeds. Our apartment was always clean. Shower and hot water ressure was excellent. The kitchen is quite well equipped (although a big salad bowl would have been handy.)

  Disliked: The fridge was old and the fridge door didn't close properly. I wish I could go to an entirely no smoking place, our neighbours were heavy smokers.

  Fawlty Towers is better managed than this place!

  Liked: It was a nice resort and the room was fine

  Disliked: The wifi didn't work when I arrived so being on a late flight I could not use my devices. They couldn't fix the air con until the next day and it took several back and forth on foot across to the resort to reception as the phone in the room didn't work after ingot the Wi-Fi fixed the air con went and the maintenance staff just took it upon themselves to enter the room as they saw fit whether I was there or not. The fridge wouldn't cool a sane person's temper. They charge a deposit for remote controls for the TV and the air con which was not stated anywhere. The staff were rude and very anti tourist and ruined the first few days of the holiday as I had to hang around the resort trying to get things fixed. I ended up checking out and going somewhere else and they are refusing to refund me for the days I didn't stay there all in all an absolute disaster. Fawlty Towers is miles ahead in comparison to these clowns who should not be in the hospitality industry.

  You have to weigh the pros and cons - I won’t be back to sit on a patio looking at trash, barbed wire, razor wire and cc

  Liked: The lady who worked in the market was lovely and very reasonable prices. The free beach bus was terrific.

  Disliked: Questions prior to arrival were referred to their website which didn’t answer my questions. I ended up with a room at the back of the property. I asked the front desk man for someone to come and pick up the trash in the gardens when they had time. He basically said do not tell them how to do their job, there is a schedule to pick up trash- he clearly didn’t understand i meant garbage that had blown into the gardens at the back of the property.

  Overall good experience

  Liked: Staff is so friendly, you also have two good size swimming pools to use. Prices for food and drinks are reasonable, my son was obsessed with their pizza:)

  Disliked: There isn’t info that air con is at extra charge and guy that was supposed to do kids club wasn’t interested in it at all, he’d rather listen to music and eye girls
