  Unprofessional Restaurant Conduct Overshadowed an Otherwise Pleasant Stay

  Liked: The only positive aspect was the reception team, who were kind, helpful, and the complete opposite of the restaurant staff.

  Disliked: Extremely disappointing experience with the restaurant staff. They were consistently rude, scolding us for simple questions, responding in an unprofessional tone, and even telling us to “go complain at reception” instead of addressing their own behavior. Their attitude was unempathetic and made the entire meal experience uncomfortable.

  Liked: The hotel is very well positioned, the beach is right in front of it, it is clean, the room is large and they have a varied and good breakfast. There were shows every evening, with different musical genres.

  Disliked: You can hear the street noise in the room with ocean view, but the view is amaizing:) and it worth

  Disliked: Shower in room was not good due to been cold then really warm it could have burnt you, we complained they said they would fix it this never happened
