  Liked: Great Staff, clean hotel. Proximity to the beach and boutiques. Nice and enjoyable pool and jacouzi area at the rooftop was amazing.

  Disliked: My room had a smell of cigarette, but had to be from previous guest. My kids room did not have that smell, hence had to be just unlucky buy not bad at all. I would go back again.

  Disliked: Poor facilities, air conditioner was broken kept asking for repairs many times despite us leaving the room for a couple days there was only one failed attempt to repair it…!

  Would recommend the hotel if visiting Las Palmas

  Liked: The reception staff, the location and the pool/bar area and the complimentary frexiet

  Disliked: The traffic noise but it’s the compromise of it being a great beach front location.

  Liked: Everything,fabulous breakfast,comfortable clean beds,spacious bathroom,great location,five minutes to the beach,arts market,shops,close to the harbour,friendly helpful staff,amazing rooftop terrace with snack bar,comfortable beds,swimming pools and Jacuzzi looking over fabulous views,mountains,beach and harbour.
