  Liked: We liked the staff, the pool and not forgetting the beds! The location was also excellent. Talking about the pool, it was really taken care of and so was the pool area! Perfect! Pretty quiet place.

  Disliked: Room 227 The kitchen equipment was kept to a minimum. The frying pan should have been replaced. Missed having a pair of scissors and a can opener. Drinking water is essential, and the hotel should consider offering water to their guests (as they do with coffee). Even if there is an elevator, the stairwell should be lit.

  Found a gem. We will be back

  Liked: Booked Fayna based on close proximity to where friends were staying and the nearby nightlife. was a great price. The staff were friendly, quickly sorted a fix to our shower. The apartment was large clean comfortable and bathroom seems recently renovated. We didnt use the pool as we were out during the 2 days we were there though the pool and beds looked lovely. We would definitely stay there again.

  Great value for money

  Liked: Really well located in the centre of Playa Del Ingles, the apartments them are very functionally appointed- they include everything you need. They are exceptionally clean, the bathrooms are fab. The staff were excellent with really good communication.

  Very enjoyable stay!

  Liked: The location is excellent, right by La Sandia shopping centre with bars etc. The beach is a short walk away as is Yumbo centre. The pool area is great, very clean and quiet when we visited. The sun loungers are comfy as are the large bed type ones. We loved our apartment, the kitchenette was enough for us to make a small breakfast each day and fridge big enough for all our drinks. The balcony is a good size and overlooks the pool. In the bedroom the fan above the bed was enough to stay cool at night in the absence of air con and the bed was very large and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and a good size with an excellent shower. Overall... excellent value for money and we would stay again.

  Disliked: The sofa in the lounge area, as I had read on other reviews, was a bit stained... however, this didn't really bother us. Short of steam cleaning after every resident I don't think you could keep it spotless due to sweat/suncream etc.

  Great location, you get want you pay for though

  Liked: Location, it was clean, Pool, sun lounges,

  Disliked: No air con in our room. When we booked it, it said it had it. Hotel wanted another 180 euros to upgrade to a room with it. Rules by the pool were not enforced by staff. Dog was allowed to bark and go around the pool. Other guests were allowed to play their music in the pool area. There was a large board that clearly stated that this was not allowed. Life Guard did nothing to stop this. Wifi was terrible. Kept dropping out. Also, the hotel did not mention there was building works being carried out during our stay. This did get very noisy during the day.
