  Carefree stay!

Liked: The breakfast was awesome and the friendliness and effectiveness of the staff were remarkable. We also valued the spacious room, the welcome drink and the music by the DJ by the pool.

Disliked: The bathroom layout is somewhat uneven, since the shower is quite spacious, but the toilet area is tight, making it a bit cramped to move around.

Why would you spend your time in Gran Canaria at any other hotel?

Liked: As ever, a great stay at Gold. Why would we go nowhere else. Staff, rooms, food and facilities are top notch. We will be back

Disliked: Some of the behaviour of other guests, which management dealt with swiftly. Thank you!

Lovely hotel, abusive and rude hotel manager

Liked: Great location, good food on site

Disliked: Very rude hotel manager that caused a scene in front of other guests at the pool. His accusations were about other people staying, not us and refused to apologise when shown evidence of his mistake. He ruined our holiday and thoroughly embarrassed us
