  Liked: The staff were very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Great location right next to the beach, with plenty of beach chairs available. The restaurant offered a wide variety of food choices. Excellent accessibility, with wheelchair access available everywhere across the property.

  Disliked: Beds: The bed was quite uncomfortable. Instead of a proper double bed, it was two single beds pushed together, leaving an annoying gap in the middle, and the beds slid apart whenever you turned over. Room maintenance: Our room door didn't open or close smoothly—we had to push it quite hard every time. Facilities & Dining: One of the indoor pools was closed for renovation. Also, the restaurant gets very busy during peak hours, so it can take a while to find an available table.

  Liked: The food was great, and I have to admit that the night activities were more than expected. We had a lot of fun every night during our stay. The team is great and my daughters couldn't wait to go and watch the show.

  Disliked: You could easily see that the room needed some maintenance, especially the bathroom. And the shower dispenser... that was extremely difficult to use, to put pressure on it...

  Liked: Hotel is awesomely equipped with facilities for the money, TUI staff helps also standard non tui travellers, you can use whole resort not only hotel, one of the best breakfasts for the money we had!!! Also nearby “supermarket” full of restaurants has nice atmosphere

  Disliked: No parking (but to say i knew it and we had problem to find a spot nearby (up to 5 minute walk) maybe two times for whole stay), hotel is bit older, but rooms are nice, beach is close but its not small stone beach but they are bug stones hard to walk, not possible to lay on, restaurants nearby are touristic not proper local - one is good for steaks every one makes local most known dishes but then you can have pizza in any of those.. same with pasta

  Love this hotel. We’ll be back!

  Liked: Everything - big rooms - fabulous views - high standard of cleanliness throughout the hotel. Helpful reception smith check in and out. Restaurant staff super quick at clearing plates away from tables. Huge selection of food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Always something new. You just can’t go hungry here. Beer, wine and soft drinks on tap.

  Disliked: Waiting for lifts. Occasionally there was just the one working. Room fridge first get cold.
