  Liked: The stay was perfect! Room was clean and spacious. We had the half board option and the food selection was incredible! I really recommend this hotel for a perfect stay:)

  Too bad it has gotten so crowded, used to be a lovely place to stay

  Liked: The appartment situated in between the pool and the sea. Sports activities. Quality of the breakfast and dinner.

  Disliked: The claiming of sunbeds by a lot of guests and nothing done about it. The way too large adult area in the restaurant, which forces families who like to enjoy a quiet dinner to sit in the acoustic nightmare area. Also the way guests behave in the restaurant, f.e. your child should not be elbows deep in the chocolate fondue. Late checkouts never really available. It feels overall like it’s drowning in its own success a few years ago it was heaven, now it’s just too crowded.

  Liked: Very good hotel for the price. The facilities were great, and the breakfast was really good with good quality food. The pool had a nice, relaxed and family-friendly vibe. The location was also good, about 15 minutes from Maspalomas and 20 minutes from the airport. If you have a car, it’s easy to get around.

  Disliked: The only downside was the room cleaning. Our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay, and the towels were changed only once.

  Excellent stay

  Liked: Location is great, quiet and the view is great. Variety of foods were served

  Disliked: Cleaners tend to clean the accommodation at 0800 and guests are still in bed and resting. They do create noise and disturb guests

  Another relaxing stay -with very friendly and helpful staff

Good to know

Please take note a formal dress is required for dinner. Men must wear long pants and a long-sleeved shirt to gain access to the restaurant.

Please nota that the lunch and dinner would be served in Grupotel Orquidea located just at the side of Grupotel Playa Feliz.
