  Good hotel, in a good area

  Liked: We loved the location, nearby bus stations connecting with all destinations of interest, short walk to the beach. We had half board and it was one of the best and widest choice of food, breakfast or dinner we have in years of worldwide travelling. We didn't use the swimming pool, as we are not big fans, though in the warmer periods of the year (we've been in mid october) it is a very good facility to use it.

  Disliked: Despite there are good TV sets in the rooms, the channels broadcasted are boring and limited. No music channel, limited international news channels and too many channels are in spanish language (which is a common mistake of international hotels, offering you plenty boring channels in local language). USB media capability of the tv player is limited to old type format (FAT32 I think), so I couldn't use my NTFS formatted SSDs. So, be prepared if you want to watch your favourite shows in your spare time in the room. Another drawback is that they are not offering water at the dinner, only to "all inclusive customers". They are offering tap water on request, but they don't recommend it for drink (I didn't ask why). Even if you need just a glass of water, you have to order one bottle. It is the first time we've met something like this. And it's a four stars hotel! Things can be improved, but this depends on top management staff.

  I would not stay again and I would definitely not recommend the hotel. However the reception staff were very helpful

  Disliked: The shower was almost impossible to use, the water came out at a dribble, it was either scalding hot or tepid what little there was. The food in the restaurant was cold.

Please note that at dinner gentlemen are required to wear pants or dress shorts, and shirts or T-shirts with sleeves.

A compulsory Gala Dinner is included in the room rate for stays on 25 and 31 December.
