  Fabulous hotel, excellent food and staff are exceptional

  Liked: Modern and fancy reception, staff are exceptional and very friendly. Food was very nice, tasty and fresh. Lots of varieties of food throughout the week. Cleanliness was brilliant.

  Disliked: Ice machine was broken on our wing of the hotel and there was no ice machine on the 1st floor where we were, we had to go to the other wing which was far from our room for ice. We were given a ground floor room upon arrival with zero views, we had requested a high up room with nice views we know we didn’t pay extra for sea view but still when staying 10 nights we would have preferred a nice room. We said it to reception and they moved us the following day to a room on 1st floor which was perfect for us. No courtesy water at dinner was a shame, however it was there for breakfast. We still would have bought alcohol and soft drinks even if there was free water.

  Liked: The hotel was an excellent location just metres from the famous Maspalomas dunes. The hotel staff where so friendly and welcoming honestly could not praise them enough!. The hotel was spotlessly clean from top to bottom and the food selection at meal services was excellent!. Can't wait to stay again!.

  Disliked: Absolutely nothing i didn't like about our stay.
