  NOT a boutique hotel. Rude staff and broken items

  Liked: The ocean view

  Disliked: The gentleman on the phone was sarcastic and rude. Acted as if it was a huge favor to allow me for an early check in and was very rude to explain all the items that were not properly functioning. I requested an early check in online here via booking.com message and the hotel replied the automatic message one day AFTER my check in was done. The gentleman was very unwelcoming and is not prepared to deal with tourists. Specially with women as he sounded very disrespectful to hear my voice as a non-fluent Spanish speaker. In the room, lots of malfunction apparel, dirt, rusty, missing items, broken items, definitely can’t call this place a “BOUTIQUE” hotel. It is misleading. - boutique hotel has standards os how to train the guests, there are towels and impeccable conditions. This was not the case. I have a video to share. But I can t upload it here.

  Perfect

  Liked: Perfect location, beautiful views from balcony. Lovely decor. 3rd time staying here & would definitely stay again. Highly recommend.

  Brilliant sea view apartment to explore from

  Liked: Fabulously kitted out apartment, right next to the sea. We hired a car to travel so location was halfway from airport to old town. 20 min drive. Having the beach on the door step was lovely. Was quiet almost all of the time with locals using the beach mostly. Would use again should I visit again.

  Disliked: Picking at small things now. But table on patio was just too big to comfortably get past when out on the glass balcony. Especially as I don't like heights.

  Weeknd gateaway

  Liked: The proximity to the beach, and the rooms are very spacious. Ocean Front.

  Disliked: The automated check in, I think there is a need of human touch. After check in I had a problem with my key. I could not access my room for almost 1 hour after check in. I called the number indicated during check in, He was very helpful. The only problem I had was my toddler, she could not stand the wait after a long day travelling. I wish there was breakfast offered at the facility, especially if you are on a short stay and travelling with kids.
