  Hotel is good but needs more attention to the small details as for 5 stars hotel should to have

  Liked: Location is very good, territory and architecture are magnificent ❤️

  Disliked: Service - don’t mean cleaning it service at restaurants- it was good but the moment about facilities: we have just 3 bottles of water for all 7 days for 4 persons, 2 pieces of coffee and 4 tea! For one week! No soap in the shower- showed was keeping voice all the time while u r using it. Not at all tooth brush package or that kind of stuff what usually 5 stars hotel must to have.

  Definitely go back great hotel woth just a couple of things that were disappointing

  Liked: Location was great. It was spotless everywhere. Good entertainment for all ages. Then pools were great and really different to any other hotel i have been to. The whole feel of the hotel was excellent

  Disliked: No coffee facilities in room which was strange and room service was 12 euros for 2 cappuccino s!! Also no water was provided in rooms, 80 percent of staff were great. But we had a couple of really rude staff which was a shame,lan example of this was one day we had hone to buffet to get our breakfast on our return our table had been cleared. We were told we couldn’t sit there as someone else was mow going to sit there. told we would have to wait for another table

  Overall, though, it is a beautiful resort with great food and wonderful staff, and we really enjoyed our stay

  Liked: The resort looks absolutely stunning — it really feels like a little piece of paradise. The breakfasts were delicious, with a large and varied buffet offering plenty of choice. The staff were also very friendly, helpful, and always happy to assist.

  Disliked: There are a couple of things that could be improved. One of the main issues was that guests would reserve sun loungers by the pool very early in the morning and then not actually use them for several hours, which made it difficult to find a free spot. Another downside is the soundproofing in the rooms. Unfortunately, you can hear people quite clearly from the corridors and neighboring rooms, which can be disturbing, especially in the evening or early in the morning.

  Lopesan Baobab

  Liked: The Lopesan Baobab is an excellent family friendly hotel and has a very easy going atmosphere. The location is very good if you want to leave the hotel with a number of shops and bars very close and the shopping centre and seafront only a couple of minutes walk. The theme of this hotel is possibly its greatest attribute and you genuinely feel like you are in a far flung destination. The staff are very friendly also and very friendly with kids. Although the buffet is very good it can become very competitive if you are staying for two weeks and I would highly recommend the half board premium as it allows you to use the al la carte restaurants in the baobab and also the neighbouring Lopesan hotels which adds great variety. The rooms are of a good standard and kept very well by the housekeeping staff but probably a little bit dark but again this is part of the theme of the hotel so can’t really be criticised. The tvs in the room are outdated however and it would be great if they were upgraded to allow the use of Disney+, Netflix etc as you would expect from a 5 star hotel if you do want to put a movie on for the kids to relax. Another item that could be improved is a slightly more expansive offering at the pool bars. All in all an excellent resort and well worth visiting.
