  A fantastic holiday, we will definitely be back and would recommend it highly!

  Liked: It was absolutely spotless, the rooms were beautiful and the bed was very comfortable. There was everything you needed in the kitchen. The staff were so helpful and friendly, especially Jordan the life guard, such a great young man and a great asset to the complex.Pool and pool area always spotless, the food in the bar was always good and so were the cocktails!!

  Disliked: The steps could be a hindrance for people who have mobility issues, but most of Puerto Rico has steps!!

  Liked: Beautifull views and setting lovely atmosphere. Great food. Lifts on site. Great accomodation. Nautical theme throughout was fab. Very helpful staff.

  Disliked: If you don't get a taxi to the entrance you have lots of steps to climb.

  Liked: The room was lovely: spacious / clean / modern / beautiful view from the balcony. The buffet breakfast was great. The staff are really helpful and friendly.

  Disliked: It wasn’t a problem for me but there are tons of steps around the hotel and down to the seafront. I liked it but I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you have reduced mobility.

  Liked: It was lovely and peaceful, great pool and great rooms

  Disliked: I have to say on the last day and throughout our stay, there was one particular staff member at reception, and he was the probably one of the rudest people I have ever come across in my life, he had no manners and was so short with me and my family members, I quite literally paid a lot of money, and personally I don’t want to be treated like I’m doing something wrong… Not pleased at all and most likely won’t be back to this hotel… in saying that their sister hotel is much more accommodating
