  Avoid this place at all cost

  Disliked: 1) Location: the house is not in Moya, all these nice pics of the city are not relevant. The house is in the village with trash cans and water swamps/ponds filled with mosquitoes around. 2) Cleanliness: The house is full of black mold. Second floor bedroom was completely unusable because it was full of mold, so we had to stay in the small kids' room instead of the proper bedroom because of that. The house is close to the swamp/pond and is full of mosquitoes. A cockroach in the kitchen is a nice addition. 3) Overall house state: a lot of broken things here and there. The mesh on the door is torn, and the door is stuck. Kitchen shelf doors are broken, and the drying machine door is broken. 4) Electricity in the house goes off every time you turn on the washing machine and the kettle; it's impossible to use electricity properly.
