  We found our stay is comfortable and good

  Liked: The location is perfect for a beach holiday: all the bars and restaurants are nearby. The room was quite comfortable, apart from a pillar in the middle of the room. Breakfast was also good.

  Disliked: There is no ventilation in the bathroom; an electric kettle was provided only upon request, even though it was supposed to be included according to the booking details. The room I was given had a balcony rather than a terrace. We booked Superior Double or Twin Room with View and Terrace. I asked to see a room with a terrace, but the alternative offered was smaller, and its bathroom and toilet facilities were inconvenient.

Exceptional, high standard Customers Service Skills and Management Skills and Professionalism of receptionist Claudia made our stay as Dream Come True and deeply appreciated by us. Our stay became the Greatest we ever had. She was so high level professional in everything,managing any of our requests and situations, made our stay unforgettable awesome. Thank you so much Claudia. Thanks so much to all other Receptionist as well - always friendly and ready to help with anything. Our Room always was so clean and kept fresh with everything we could think about. Thank you so much. We had the best time despite the weather was ups and down. It’s definitely The Best Place to stay in all Las Palmas.

  Very mediocre. Only location and size of room really good

  Liked: Location of hotel. Cleanliness. Size of room.

  Disliked: Had requested a bath - no room with bath was available. Expected partial sea view. Given one with no view. Had to requested a kettle and mugs. Had been told this was automatically given.
