  Paradise

  Liked: Comfortable spacious room, living area and balcony. Beautiful views, pool area is fabulous. We ate at the pool bar which was delicious and good value. All staff were friendly and helpful. All facilities kept clean. Lift to the beach was great.

  Relaxing and helped my mental health which is why I went. Lovely weather and staff.. peaceful

  Liked: The location and the room I requested when booked was a bonus as the location of the room was perfect for my visit as I use this place and apartment for my mental health recovery safe space. Staff are brilliant and very assertive and helpful. Nothing was too little to sort. Value for money. CLEANER WAS AMAZING AND VERY FRIENDLY.. ROOM WAS SPOTLESS EVERYTIME.

  Disliked: Not having a toaster.... and freezer to small.. would of like to have a breakfast or dinner as the price that I paid compared to my new neighbour while I was their had the same nights and dinner and breakfast included... Having to get the maintenance go fix a few problems as soon as we got there.. should of been checked before hand. But maintenance sorted within the hour of reported.

  Peaceful and enjoyable sights and sounds of the ocean

  Liked: The staff was very helpful and friendly, from the front desk to the service staff. The close proximity to the bus was brilliant! It was very simple to get around with public transport. The walk back up the hill was a bit steep, but you get used to it! The sun terrace was a wonderful place to relax. The pool is small, but it was never over-crowded so it was good for doing a few small laps.

  Disliked: The furniture was not at all comfortable. The sofa was too low for older people or people with joint problems to get up without assistance. The table in the room was too low to use while sitting inside to play games or for use other than to put light objects on. The balcony chairs would be more comfortable with cushions. The metal is not comfortable to sit on for longer periods of time.
