  Good for couples not family of 4

  Liked: I loved how it has all the facilities. The room was very clean, and the mattress was extremely comfortable

  Disliked: The sofa bed. I think I would have liked proper bedroom for my children. They couldn’t sleep as the bed was in the kitchen, and the fridge made loud noises and also no air conditioning

  Liked: The location is wonderful: right on the beach, with shops, bars, restaurants, and a bus stop nearby... The food at the restaurant is delicious, and the staff is friendly.

  Disliked: One major downside—the bar: the bartenders are skimping on the ingredients when mixing cocktails and aren't adding the right amounts!!!!

  This hotel is great for/at many things, but we would not come back here due to lack of cleanliness

  Liked: Friendly staff, great location, lots of facilities within the hotel (breakfast, lunch, dinner, supermarket, laundry, 24/7 reception, wifi, pool with pool bar), fairly priced, enough parking space in the lot next to the hotel. The best: view of the ocean from hotelroom-balcony.

  Disliked: Room was not cleaned properly. Due to daily swimming in the ocean my hair became hard and a few strands would fall off through the hotelroom. Even though the cleaning staff came 5 days a week, when we would enter the room after cleaning, my hair was still everywhere and the floor felt sandy (I walked on my slippers the whole stay). The cleaning staff was friendly, but I think the hotel may be too big for the cleaning staff due to which they cannot deliver proper cleaning. And the bed! I like to cuddle, but due to two 1-person beds being pushed together, I could not cuddle my husband or one of us would fall into the split in the middle.

  Great hotel, would definitely return, great value for price point

  Liked: Awesome view from 3rd floor, even better the higher up you go, really comfy beds and the pillows are amazing, great facilities in the room inc free safe, great pool, friendly helpful staff, air con, in bedroom, pool bar, solarium on the roof with hot tub was amazing, small shop for essentials inc water, water and champagne in room on arrival, frequency of cleaning of room is excellent and maids were super helpful, keyless entry to room with key card (that never stopped working), reception satff super super friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble, same with staff in dining room and at the pool bar, food was good and plentiful, plenty of choice both at breakfast and dinner, overall really impressed with the room and the balcony which has 2 reclining chairs and a table and a wet c;lothes rack

  Disliked: Cockroach in room on last morning, only one I have ever seen in Gran Canaria and we have been over a dozen times, no real issue as we were just about to leave anyway, one lift was broken virtually throughout our stay, TV in room has only 1 english speaking channel and that is CNN US News, no bar as such except at pool area, no entertainment except on Sat night, no free drinks at dinner, not ever water, no air con in dining area, was seriously hot in there on first night
