Very good
It’s ok
Liked: Location is a bit far from best beach, rooms are modern but we had a room with no window (looking out into lift shaft) the beds in room are quite un-comfortable. The rooms are cleaned daily and always spotless. The rooftop bar/restaurant are nice. The staff are so lovely. We booked as part of a package deal with easy jet so I guess you get what you pay for. There was building work going on either in the hotel or next door. Woken up every morning around 8am to loud banging. It was horrendous. I feel easy jet should’ve informed us of the works as we wouldn’t have stayed. Wouldn’t stay there again.
Liked: Reception staff excellent. Dinner staff excellent. Breakfast and Dinners was really great.

Disliked: Rooms far to dark, dark walls and dark furniture, bottom sheet did not fit bed too small quilt wasn’t put in quilt cover just laid on top. Nowhere to go and relax with a drink in afternoon until 5.00. Eight of us in party all had breakfast one day and each couple paid different price how does that work out
Liked: the shower is modern
Disliked: The views of the beach from the room are obstructed by some unsuitable decorations.
Beautiful room but no natural light
Liked: The room was beautiful - well equipped and nicely furnished. The beds were comfortable and the staff were helpful. The location is great.
Disliked: The bedroom didn't have a window. There were glass doors through to the bathroom which had a window that looked out over a tiny shaft behind the lift. So no view and no natural light. This meant that it felt like being in a very luxurious box. The hotel wasn't full so I'm not sure why we weren't allocated a room with natural light and a view. The bedroom was also tiny and cramped - for two people to move around one had to get on the bed. The bathroom however was huge!
Great hotel
Liked: We had a pleasant stay at your hotel and found the service to be excellent from the start. The receptionist was professional and helpful (sorry, I can’t recall her name). Breakfast was also very good, with a wide selection. Vivian (if I remember correctly) was particularly helpful and provided useful suggestions, including advice on bus directions shops and attractions whit in the area. Overall, we would be happy to return.
