  Disliked: Low moving area with limited options if no car available. Customer service was in some cases almost rude. Jacuzzi was not available although listed in the add, and additionally when requested for a slot to use response was “it’s not possible” and when we asked when it would be possible response was “never”. No support with luggage storage until the check in and after the check out while there’s nothing around to drop them.

  Liked: The view from the apartment. The size of the apartment. The big windows which covers the entire size of the beach view. The big balcony.

  Disliked: The bed. For so big size of the apartment a 140x200 bed is quite small. There is enough space to set a 200x200 bed. Also the bed was a bit uncomfortable. The tools in the kitchen were a bit old / very used. I had to buy a pen by myself to be able to cook something. The plates were clean. However, the cabinets in the kitchen were sticky. Missing broom. I had to buy one. Cutting board was too used. I had to buy one. The front street has no asphalt. Wifi was dropping randomly for a few minutes / hours and than back online without touching the modem.

  Liked: Here’s the corrected version: We spent a wonderful week in this apartment and would absolutely recommend it. The highlight was waking up to automatic curtains gliding open to reveal the ocean and the morning sun — pure magic. Lazy mornings on the balcony quickly became our favourite ritual. The apartment itself is fully equipped, including a well-stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook proper meals — a great bonus for a longer stay. The location works well practically too: there’s a Spar nearby for groceries, and bus number 75 is easily accessible from two nearby stops — Taliarte and Rotonda de Melenara — running straight to Las Palmas. Alternatively, a short taxi ride to Cruce de Melenara opens up even more bus options. Check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend — we’d stay again without hesitation.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

  Liked: Location is amazing, just in front of the open ocean. Very close to clean, beautiful beach and many tiny restaurants with tasty food. Good point to travel to all parts of the island - it is not far either to north or south.

  Disliked: The only thing is the weather - comparing to the south part of the island, it is changing quickly. It is also more windy. Maby that was connected with time of the visit - end of February, beinning of March.

  Liked: Apartment is nice with great views.

  Disliked: The other comments that visitors left have been acknowledged as issues butn have not been addressed. Beds etc. two singles… one sheet and they keep separating. More towels please. Mine fell on the floor of the shower and got soaked, which left me without any towel. Balcony was not clean, neither were the windows. There are 3 indoor dining chairs only. The apartment sleeps 6. There are 4 outdoor chairs. There is only a double sun lounger with no parasol. The automatic shades only offer shade inside. The jacuzzi does not work and the common area is poorly looked after. Overall the appearance of the interior needs to be refreshed.
