  Liked: A Wonderful Stay I had a very pleasant and relaxing stay. What impressed me the most was the staff. The reception team, as well as the staff in general, were extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and always willing to assist with a smile. Their warm and welcoming attitude really made the stay more enjoyable. A special mention also goes to the female pool attendant, who was very friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The swimming pool itself was clean and well maintained. The food quality was good, with a nice variety of options, so there was something different to enjoy. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the hotel was generally quiet, which made it a great place to relax. Another positive point was the availability of parking, which was very convenient, especially when renting a car. The location is also decent and convenient for exploring the surrounding area. Overall, I had a very good experience and would like to thank all the staff for their kindness and professionalism. Their friendly and helpful service was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. I would happily consider staying here again

  Liked: Very small complex with bar pool in centre, rooms had pool views. Bar staff friendly and always happy.

  Disliked: Food was a little cold but provided a microwave. Some Rooms could do with an update.

  very pleasing apart from things mentioned and good value for money

  Liked: heated pool, clean and comfortable rooms. good overall staff

  Disliked: food a bit repetitive nowhere to get drinks up by quiet area, a very weird woman who came in with no band getting drinks and upsetting everyone for 3 days

  Turbo Trip

  Liked: Rooms were nice, spacious and clean, beds comfy. Reception welcoming

  Disliked: Food bland and often not very warm. Icecream machine tasted awful, cheap powder or not right consistency. Sausages were horrid, Tony's El Chaparel Ave de Gran Canaria are the best! Renting a kettle, how strange, never had to do that before!!! Didn't seem to be enough staff, pool bar staff kept having to cover for kitchen/restaurant, which meant queues and one person didn't seem very happy. Wasn't a cheap place either. Bus to beach good, driver very pleasant sadly only to Faro Beach.
