  Very good experience overall close to transport

  Liked: The room decor was nice and clean

  Disliked: Some parts of our room were broken eg the Pole for the curtain and we had to request an Iron from reception they aren’t in rooms.

  Perfectly located and comfy hotel. Definitely one of my top hotel experiences so far

  Liked: The room was quite comfortable with all the usual amenities. We didn't lack anything during our stay. The bar and the pool on the top floor are a great place to spend some time when you are tired and you just want to have a chill afternoon/evening. The beds are one of the most comfortable I have ever slept on. The staff was very polite and helpful. We also enjoyed the view from the room, as we were quite high up on the 7th floor.

  Disliked: The bathroom shower door couldn't close properly. Whenever taking a shower, we would get water go out an create a huge puddle all around the toilet. While Las Palmas is warm and this dries overnight, I still don't prefer having to walk in flip flops in the bathroom.

  Liked: The location is perfect for exploring the island. Just 5 minutes walk to reach the bus station. Also near beach, restaurants and supermarkets.

  Disliked: There were insects in the room. And there is no bathroom. There is a cubicle for shower and one for wc but you cannot change in there. So rooms are only ok if you travel with your partner.

  Liked: It was ok. The swimming pool shouldn’t be advertised as one, as it is smaller than a bathtub. Only one person could fit in it at a time. The room was ok. No privacy for the bathroom and it’s all open planned. You can hear everything that might be uncomfortable for some people. They cleaned the rooms good everyday though which was good. Fridge wasn’t cold. Air con is nice. Good location it’s in the centre. We didn’t eat here so can’t comment on the food
