  Mislead by Booking. Com

  Disliked: No pool bar, no breakfast and no staff. One man in shop which was also the reception from 08.00 until 19.00 except for Saturday when it closed at 14.00. When the shop shut there was no-one on site to assist in anything,taxis and directions etc. The man in the shop stated it was the close season until October that is why there was facilities. I feel I have been let down by Booking.com who advertised the hotel having a pool bar with snacks and breakfast availability which it did not, for this I paid the full rate for the hotel. I am not impressed with Booking.com for misleading me.

  Comfy, big kithcen space, nice bathroom, loved the makeup station

  Liked: The staff was nice, and we even got a better room than promised since there weren't as many people there at that time. Spacious and clean, with a nice view of the people and the sea. It was very comfortable, and I would absolutely go again.

  Disliked: The reception isn't available 24/7. We locked ourselves out of the room, and if we had shut the window completely, we would have slept in the lobby because a reserve key isn't available until morning. It's a big complex; reception should be available at all times.
