Liked: Position of the hotel is good.

Disliked: Reception staff, rude and unhelpful. Bedrooms were without any AC or fans or windows. Would dread to stay there during summer months. Zero toiletries - not even a bar of soap. No furniture in the bedroom except 2 single beds and a small built in wardrobe.

Our second visit, perfect for family holidays, close to everything and very relaxed

Liked: All of the staff were polite, happy and helpful. The pool and bar area was excellent and the hotel was very clean.

Disliked: Council building works, but that was not the fault of the hotel.
