  Very disappointing I live in Lanzarote and had kept promising myself I would stay there definitely should not have bothe

  Liked: Location, views, public area's, food

  Disliked: Rooms very dated and shabby ok if you were in a 2/3* hotel but not a 5* place in need of an update. Majority of staff quite surely and unhelpful, except Alesandro the porter/ concierge very helpful and pleasant. The staff in the cafe Blue 17 were very unhelpful no eye contact when we were waiting not busy at all but we had to stand 10 mins without be acknowledge in the end we left not the sort of service for a 5* hotel!

  Brilliant experience

  Liked: My wife and I first visited the hotel 10 years previously on out first holiday together. We were in neighbouring Matagorda and as it was also our wedding anniversary we decided to spend a nostalgic night there. The hotel was just as we remembered it and the staff couldn’t have been better. We explained it was our anniversary and they pulled out all the stops. A lovely room with a complimentary bottle of fix and chocolates. At dinner they also gave us another glass of fizz. A tremendous experience from a great hotel
