  Liked: Beautiful and unique hotel fantastic views over the beach, the main pool area is an Oasis during the day with the sun blazing down, the property is very clean with a beautiful smell inside and out! food was also excellent, the pool are perhaps could have been cleaner some of the stone work was grubby, and the tv in my room didnt always work, I stayed in the Radisson Blu 4 nights prior to staying here it was a little cheaper and would say the room in that hotel was better quality, however overall the Barcelo was an excellent place to stay eith so much character!

  Rooms & pool itself are lovely, location is fab, not sure I'd stay again

  Liked: We were moved from our original room as we had no internet signal at all, second suite we were given was lovely. The breakfast and dinner was fab, food is excellent, can't fault it

  Disliked: The pool itself is fabulous, but the surrounding area is not! It's great that they have so many sunbeds, but they are literally on top of each other, there's no space whatsoever. The cleanliness of the pool area is questionable, there were plastic cups, napkins and straws discarded in one area - and they remained there for 3 days! The ground is all stained from spilled drinks so they obviously never hose the area down, luckily we had heavy rain one of the days which sorted that problem. There was a plastic cup blowing around beside the pool, one of the guys was clearing out rubbish - he walked past it 3 times!! There are no bins in the area so people just leave their rubbish behind!

  Everything was amazing

  Liked: The room, with sea view and jacuzzi on the balcony. The room was very clean and the staff very nice. The breakfast and dinner buffet was amazing.

  Disliked: The noise from the bar below. A better door to close the toilet.

  Liked: We do not usually stay in hotels but this hotel surpassed our expectations! Beautful breakfast each morning, happy staff and a lovely salt water pool which was lovely and warm. The room was beautifully clean. Super comfortable beds!

  Overall the hotel was lovely. Took 2 star off due to aircon and dirt around the pool beds

  Liked: Location fantastic. Spa very enjoyable. Food very good. Seaview room had an amazing view.

  Disliked: Sunbeds around the pool were very dirty. Food within the gated Balinese bed, left there over night. Air-con very poor in our room.

  Had a lovely relaxing time in this well catered hotel

  Liked: Food & drink was very good. Staff were lovely especially in Champs bar., they were very welcoming and friendly in there. A great hardworking team.
