  Lovely stay

  Liked: Hotel is lovely especially the pool area and the spa. Staff at reception were incredibly kind and helpful. Shower and bathroom in our room was lovely. Very comfortable beds. We got a beautiful bottle of champagne during our stay as it was my partner's birthday. Was such a sweet thought. We also got a lovely fruit hamper. We had a very early return flight home and one of the lovely ladies at reception order 2 little breakfast bags(bananas, cereal bars, crossiants, bottle of water etc) that we collected at 4.15am at reception along wit 2 cups of coffee while waiting for our taxi. The taxi service is amazing. Reception will call and taxi will be outside in 5 mins and the fare is very reasonable.

  Disliked: Food was very basic and a bit bland so we only ate dinner there one evening. Breakfast was much better and a range of cooked and continental available. Some of the Bar staff weren't very pleasant. We were over charged for drinks aswell. The loungers around the pool need an upgrade. Bedrooms are in need of a little tlc aswell. Furniture is old. Walls stained. Room wasnt very clean even though housekeeping called in every day. Under our bed definitely hadn't been hoovered for weeks. €28 for the use of the safe in our room(€4 per day) was a little pricy perhaps but we paid as it was needed to keep passports safe etc.

  Excellent relaxing holiday

  Liked: Lovely relaxing holiday. Massive pools, one heated. Food was good. Staff are very helpful and always with a smile. Just back from a 10 day stay. This is our 3rd year going to this hotel.

  Disliked: Can't say I didn't like anything. It's only 5 euros for a taxi into the main square, or a 15 minute walk. There is something for everyone.

  Pleasant stay and I would stay there again

  Liked: Lovely clean hotel, the staff very very helpful and the hotel seemed great. We was there for 1 day stop over and wished we was there for longer

  Disliked: Bit a walk down a hill but not too much of an issue

  Really relaxing, enjoyed the hotel and the area

  Liked: Breakfast was amazing, pools were lovely and clean, room was comfy and spacious, the AC was dripping which was the only problem.

  Will return here

  Liked: Spacious room. Large, free car park. Friendly staff. Wide range of food in the dining room and all well-cooked. Although the drinks included in the all-inclusive package were not brands they were much better quality than in other similar hotels. Attractive grounds. Three swimming pools with plenty of space around the pool.

  Disliked: The air conditioning stopped working one day. We were offered two bananas apples and a peach in compensation. We would have preferred to be offered a fan, as the lack of sleep that night impacted on the next day of our holiday.
