  Liked: Staff lovely and good food plenty to choose from

  Disliked: we book a room with balcony or terrace on arrival was allocated a room with none they did swap us but weren't happy to do so at reception

  I will not be staying there again

  Liked: Breakfast was O.K

  Disliked: The first apartment allocated had a bedroom door missing. on complaining, the staff tried to arrange another door to be fitted, however, The manager was not available so it could not be authorised ( why was no responsible person there? ) I asked for another room. that was going to be difficult, they offered to hang a curtain where the door should be.... not acceptable to me or the Lady I was sharing a two bed apartment with... we are not related or in a relationship. eventually they found another room. The fridge door was rusty, and the room generally tired. after difficulty in gaining access in a shrt while the access door lock would not work, we were locked out, with access only by chance through a bedroom patio door which was left unlocked. the lady entered that room and locked from inside so as to be secure and went to sleep as its now getting late. I once more approached reception who organised maintenance who eventually arrived and temporarily fixed the lock. they insisted that albeit late I move my belongings from the first room to the second one and return the keys although Late which I did. three days later, once more the lock failed and no access to the apartment was available. Once more I went to reception again to ask for something to be done, also stating that the air conditioning unit above one of the bedroom doors was leaking water all over the floor which my Colleague had soaked up and left towels on the floor to render it safe to walk on without slipping on the tiles. The Maintenance man once more sorted the lock problem and drained the air conditioning unit. During the stay I had a minor accident not anything to do with the hotel I have to say, however on the evening in question. my colleague asked reception if they could supply a plaster from the first aid kit. The receptionists could not find a first aid Kit.

  I would come again but my expectations wouldn’t be so high

  Liked: Location from the boat The fruit selection at the restaurant was amazing the fresh fruit everyday and the postres were the best part.

  Disliked: Hotel room was full of baby cockroaches… I spoke to reception and they said it’s the hot weather which I understand but there was only 1 big cockroach. The bathroom and kitchen had so many little black baby ones running around which is a problem nothing to do with weather. I asked for cockroach spray and I collected it from reception on the 2nd day The entertainment staff could do with a microphone to announce the activities. Not one of the animación came round the pool with the slides to ask to participate. Sunbeds for the first 2 days OMG what a system you have and the reception staff are putting the blame on the lifeguards which is wrong they take orders from the hotel. The food was very repetitive especially from lunchtime to evening the same foods recooked and heated and unedible. The boiled eggs in the morning recooked and burnt.

  Great stay and brilliant staff

  Liked: It was all that was advertised in the the booking a great stay all around.

  Disliked: Having to move to here and having to pay as my previous hotel was a shambles and unsafe for my family. This ahotel made up for it for last few days though. Kids loved it 🙌

  Reconsider

  Liked: Some restaurant team

  Disliked: Reception,slow to respond to a lot of problems Flooded bathroom Unusual stains on toilet No compensation or apologies when departuring. It's very run down, do not expect anything three star Life guards not monitoring Busy chatting.

  Pleasant but could be better

  Liked: The pools and poolside was very lovely and the staff was helpful the food was really nice aswell

  Disliked: The double rooms were just 2 single beds pushed together they moved very easily and wasn’t comfortable for a couple. The shower would run orange because of problem with pipes I believe rust this did clear after a few days but we had to made do and shower with water.
