  Enjoyable, restful. Would stay again

  Liked: It was clean and comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful

  Disliked: I was using a mobility scooter and the ramps were shut off in a morning after the cleaning and maintenance round. It wasn’t a problem per se but asked them to stop shutting them off.

  Perfect location, would definitely come back!

  Liked: Everything was fantastic. Amazing value for money, loved the all inclusive, great food, great staff and amazing set up with the private villas.

  Liked: Hotel pool was nice and big. Surroundings were pretty and the layout was accessible with prams. Taxis came easy and cost €5 into main town. Or a 25 minute walk.

  Disliked: Air conditioning didn’t work very well and not at all in one bedroom. It was very hot at night which was hard as I have two babies. Reception couldn’t offer a fan either. The buffet on all inclusive was average at best. Main food wasn’t great and most nights we ate out. The alcohol was terrible and tasted watered down, and the wine was undrinkable. I would not have paid the extra if I had known this and was very disappointed. I wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel due to these factors.

  I would happily return

  Liked: We stayed at Blue Sea Alyssa Suite Hotel in Lanzarote and had a really lovely stay. I travelled with my daughter and we both enjoyed it. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable and the hotel itself was kept clean throughout. The pool area was nice as well, with plenty of sunbeds available, so there was no stress trying to find a place to relax. We were all inclusive and really enjoyed the food. There was enough choice for us and we always found something we liked. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, which made the stay even better. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the beach, which was fine for us. If you want to explore more of Lanzarote, I would recommend hiring a car, but the reception staff can also help with taxis.

  Disliked: The only small downside was the WiFi, which was quite slow and could definitely be improved. Apart from that, we had a great stay
