  Great place to stay. You won't be dissatisfied

  Liked: Location location location!! Fantastic, just off the strip, next to a taxi rank and all bars and restaurants. Service very good and staff are so so friendly. Will definitely be back. There is a supermarket then essentially at the back door to the hotel which is super convenient.

  Disliked: Holding the sunbeds all day with towels and half them empty as it's just being greddy. But this is not the hotels fault as such. People should have more respect.

  Basic but good location

  Liked: Great location and everything you need in apartments. Cleaning staff and maintenance all very friendly

  Disliked: We were in a room that was a far trek with a buggy and a toddler up a lot of stairs. Every morning at 7am we were woke up by the noise so I didn’t sleep well all week. Also pool was very slippy and could have been cleaner.

  Disliked: Old apartments need alot of updating, facilities very poor not even a dish cloth to clean worktops no brush to sweep floor or mop, cleaning a change of towels and quick sweep around every 2nd day,have to leave a note on your bed if you want it changed. Sun beds locked up every night and then have to wait in the morning to grab one if you are lucky I could go on and on - We have been going to puerto del carmen for the past 12 years it was the worst place we ever stayed and surprisingly it had got great reviews. The only positive thing was the location
