  A bit expensive for the service etc

  Liked: The beds were very comfortable and it was in a residential area so very quiet. There was also some toiletries and salt, pepper, tea etc.

  Disliked: We couldn’t get checked in at 4pm (which is already quite late) because the guests before us had left the place in such a bad state. I understand this is out with the hosts control, however, they only had one person cleaning the whole place and it took him about 7/8 hours! He did let us leave our bags and use the toilet though. He arrived early for check out and waited for us to leave so I felt we were rushed out! Although he did let us sit outside and finish our food. The patio doors didn’t lock - they were broken. The door on the downstairs bathroom, also broken. The shower upstairs was flooding the full bathroom. I reported all of these the first day and it took 3 days for them to come and fix. Cockroaches everywhere!

  Excellent family stay

  Liked: Large enough to accommodate 6 adults and 2 toddlers. Good location near to Costa Teguise. Patio area excellent. Good pool but weather wasn’t good enough to use.

  Disliked: Front gate only closed when slammed. Care when reversing in car - the rim to the parking area scrapped the base of the car a couple of times. A user manual would have been useful.

  Best holiday we’ve had as a family and will not be going back to hotels in future!

  Liked: Where do I start!? This villa is a beautiful, spacious villa which comfortably housed our family of 8. We found Casahost to be most helpful accommodating us being able to drop our bags off early whilst the Villa was cleaned and also allowing us a late check out. The pool although a little cold was great and the kids loved it, pool maintenance came and cleaned it halfway through our stay and the host is keen on keeping it covered to ensure it’s kept clean and fresh. On the ground floor is a play room including a swing which again the kids loved and spent lots of time down there. Beds were all super comfy and the villa was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Location of the villa is between Arrecife and Costa Teguise so is around 30-40 min walk to the bars and restaurants but was easy enough to get a taxi from the hotel Barcelo which is about a 5 min walk from the villa where you will also find the bus stops.

  Disliked: Nothing it was perfect!
