  Lovely apartment in a quiet area of the island

  Liked: First time in this part of the island. Very nice accommodation and really nice pool and leisure space beside pool. Only 8 apartments and while we were there we only had one other family using the pool! Easy access and good communication with proprietor. Nice location in a really nice area. Felt very safe.

  Disliked: For us it was probably too far away from the main area of PDC but not an expensive taxi to get anywhere. A few things to note. You do not get the apartment serviced unless you stay more than 7 days without incurring additional cost if you want fresh towels. Also you need to be careful with exit time and time of plane departure. Exited at 12pm but our flight was not until 6pm. There was no option to hold bags except leaving them in an unattended laundry room and no facilities to shower, if you wanted to sunbathe and relax before leaving. Not necessarily a criticism but something to be aware of.

  Liked: The bed. The balcony, the airport was very close It was confy, you can't listen neighbouring. Beach 10 minute walking

  Disliked: Swimming pool too cold. Some insects on the kitchen table, coffee machine broken. Not enough cutlery if you go with children. Aircon just on the bedroom. Noisy with airport very close, I asked is was noise they told me not. Bathroom smelly A mistake on the website costs us an extra 120£.

  Perfect spot for a couple in a quiet spot near a major tourist town

  Liked: This spot was absolutely perfect for us. The spot is quiet, but close to the beach and a small grocer and some restaurants. A ~30 minute walk to the busier more lively Puerto del Carmen meant we weren't in the middle of the crazy tourists and had quiet at home, but had access to the party for the couple of nights we went. The apartment had pretty much everything needed. We had a car as well, which I think is probably strongly recommended for this location though not strictly necessary.

  Disliked: To be clear, we loved the place, these are just some criticisms that may help other people making medium length stays make their decision: The kitchen is a little lacking in terms of equipment, e.g. the knife is dull, there was no drying rack for dishes. The couch cushion slipped a lot, so the couch should probably be replaced at some point for better comfort especially for more than 2 guests. There weren't enough towels for the two of us for 9 days.

  Fantastic stay and would definitely return!

  Liked: Apartment was very modern and close to bars and restaurants but yet in a quiet area. Pool was really nice and small complex with only 8 apartments.

  Disliked: Wifi had a poor signal but that didn't bother us to much.

  Another nice stay at CIH

  Liked: Great stay! Easy to find, easy to get in (you just need a code for the gate and the main door), in a quiet place with a supermarket nearby. The flat is very clean, with AC.
