  Very disappointing

  Liked: The bathroom and the bed

  Disliked: When we arrived there was no reception and a lady doing the washing showed us to our room. The hotel was nothing like the photos and we were very disappointed. We met no one, had no breakfast as it’s not available, there was no night time security and never saw anyone in reception. It was like a ghost hotel. The furniture outside was old, badly maintained IKEA table and chairs. Our room was next to the parking and storage garage.

  Liked: Beautiful and calm location. Amazing breakfast. Suitable also for a big family to have a holiday together and meet in common areas yet have their own privacy in rooms.

  Disliked: Staff is unreachable at times. Water not hot enough.

  A cute vacation hotel in a small town

  Liked: It was a spacious, well designed facility. We stayed at a suite and it has certain privacy that we liked. There are plenty of parking spots in the facility or in front of the facility.

  Disliked: Check in was a bit of hassle. There was no instruction or whatsoever on how to check in. When we got to the property, the gate was locked and I called the number I got a message from but it wasn’t smooth. Luckily we saw someone from the property walking in the distance so he could open. Also, the wifi info wasn’t shared upon check in so we didn’t have WiFi on the first day (they replied to my message next day)

  Great stay at a very charming hotel

  Liked: Small hotel with a lot of charm. Very well located near the town’s center but very quiet. Breakfasts were excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The bed was a bit on the soft side but not uncomfortable. It is only that I am not used to feel each time that my husband moves having a harder bed at home.

  Extremely peaceful location surrounded by nature in Haria

  Liked: Such a peaceful place in the middle of Haria. It's just a few steps to the town centre. In addition to the wonderful natural surroundings, the César Manrique Museum (about a 9-minute walk) is highly recommended. The beach at Famara is about a 35-minute drive away via a lovely "mountain road." Great location, fantastic breakfast, very kind staff.
