  Thank god it was just 1 night

  Liked: It was a bed we needed for 1 night and great location for the ferry the day after.

  Disliked: Reception greeting was frankly rude, dumped a couple of forms to complete with no greeting or manners at all. Room although quite well equipped and beds were quite comfortable. The room wasn’t clean with insects on the table and on the floor and walls thank god it was only 1 night as a stop gap

  Liked: Location at Harbour. Pool area sheltered from wind. Generally clean and shower nice with hot water.

  Disliked: Room faced road with road works, no aircon so kept balconary door open which meant very noisey and black dust coated everything. Asked to move rooms but only offered double bed which was not suitable to share with 14yr old child. Other alternative faced the other road but classed as sea view so was asked to pay upgrade fee. No alternative to move to pool facing as again advised a large fee. Beds very hard. Understand not hotels fault regarding road works but continued whole duration of stay.

  Liked: Excellent location to get to town. All within walking distance.....yet is was far enough away to avoid the noise in the center of town. Highly recommended.

  Liked: It was quiet, it had everything I needed.As its a good walk to the centre it is great to have La Luna in the complex..Keep up the good work.
