  Middle of nowhere

  Liked: The place was really good the host's were fantastic, room was spotless and had all you needed

  Disliked: According to booking.com there was direct access to the beach, this was not the case the nearest town/beach was 4km away,€12 each way in a taxi.

  Exactly what I was looking for

  Liked: Apartment had everything needed: full kitchen with all utensils; plentiful supply of towels; great views, balcony, comfortable beds and all clean and safe. Great pool. Ample space to park. Really good overall. Juice, coffee and a cake in the little cafe at no charge. Staff great.

  Disliked: The overhead fan came on with a light, so I had to turn it off to sleep. Perhaps there is a way to fix that which I did not discover but it was not a major issue. It seems to be a little expensive compared to other offers but then you would have to see what they are really like to properly compare. It is a little distant from the tourists hubs, shops and so on but that was perfect for me.

  Excellent villa and we really enjoyed our stay. Would defo stay here again if we were going back to Lanzarote

  Liked: This place is amazing. We stayed here as a family and it was just perfect for what we needed. Location is about 10 minutes drive from airport and easy to find. Always remember to take the longest route on sat- nav as shortest brings you up a dirt track. You would be better having a hire car due to the location as you would probably end up being a fortune on taxis. Villa is within a gated area and fully secure and would be perfect for solo travellers due to location and how secure. Pool is large and there are plenty sun beds etc dotted around the pool area. There is shaded area also for anyone who doesn’t like full sun. The owners of the villa and the staff working there are really nice and can’t do enough to help you have a great stay. There are 3-4 dogs that you will meet while staying here and all are all lovely friendly dogs. My daughter loves dogs so we would go down every morning early to see the dogs. Everything is clean / beds are really comfy and the whole place just feels nice. Playa Honda is within 5 minute drive / Puerto Del carmen 10-15 mins drive / playa blanca 30 min drive. Plenty of restaurants and shops within 5 mins drive from property. If you are looking for somewhere nice / quiet / peaceful / secure / great location / personal touch and away from the noise of the touristy areas this is defo the place for you.

  Disliked: If I was being super critical the air con in the room we were in wasn’t really the coldest and the WiFi was a bit hit and miss in room. Didn’t bother me as I don’t bother about WiFi when away but kids did mention it a few times. Air con could do with being a bit cooler as room could get a little warm at nights but not unbearable and outside temp was about 30 every day. WiFi works perfect everywhere else around pool area etc so maybe was just where our Room was as we were on the top floor.

  Liked: Adriana was friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfasts were appreciated. It was a convenient location for the airport, and exploring the island as we had a hire car.

  Disliked: Our first night was in a small flat which had a problem with the drains so it smelt bad (I have a keen sense of smell) however, when we reported it the next day, we were immediately moved to a superb apartment. The next 2 nights were great which made up for the initial disappointment. Be aware that Google maps may direct you up a dirt track road from Arrecife to the accommodation, but there is an alternative (slightly longer) route on tarmac roads.

  Disliked: Location was, though a five minute drive from the airport.... a one hour and half walk! So had to rely on taxi services
