  Perfect relaxing stay

  Nice, good value place

  Liked: Contacted Jose by WhatsApp to arrange arrival time - a little late in the day but there was milk, water and a bottle of wine in the fridge which was much appreciated! There’s a restaurant very nearby which stays open quite late but there are NO shops in Mala which is odd - you need to go to Guatiza, a few miles away, where there is a good supermarket and a place that sells freshly cooked roast chickens (get there early, opens at 12, or they may run out!). The apartment is well equipped and they provided coffee, tea, sugar etc which was great! Also washing up stuff. A terrace in front of the apartment with table and chairs to sit out (evening sun).There’s a nice, small pool, good for cooling off, and several sun-beds - very quiet when we were there.

  Disliked: The apartment is quite cramped and it’s a bit tricky to find somewhere for the bags and little storage space. It might be good to replace the small wardrobe with a chest of drawers and a luggage rack? Maybe a few shelves/hangers? It’s also quite close to the neighbouring apartment. A word of warning - the nearest beach/coast resort is Charco del Palo which has a restaurant and some nice swimming areas but it’s a Naturist town - people wander round everywhere without a stitch on! There’s really nothing in Mala except a few restaurants so you really need a car.

  Amazing!

  Liked: We loved everything!! The Location is so peaceful and everything was so clean and pretty. We had everything we needed and more! I would recommend this house to everyone!

  Disliked: The pool is not heated so it was a bit cold out of season but it did not bother us much:)
