  Nice hotel, good location easy access to local town where there’s lots of nice restaurants

  Liked: Clean, nice pools and nice rooms, good location.

  Disliked: Bit tricky in the beginning to figure out how to book restaurants especially if you’re not all inclusive, staff weren’t overly helpful in this area.Eating in the restaurants is expensive for what you get.Cleaning staff and maintenance staff were very helpful and friendly, found some other staff borderline rude and dismissive.Spa is nice and you get one free pass and it costs 25 euro each time you use it thereafter, staff there were helpful though.

  I enjoyed the stay because of the entertainment, swimming pool and having many different food choices to try

  Liked: Food is excellent with plenty of choice and changes everyday. Our kids really enjoyed the swimming pool there. The hotel is located near the beach therefore the view is spectacular. Every day, there are plenty of shows and activities you can attend if bored or want to be entertained, there are also many fun kid shows. There are a few different bars you can attend and try a few different drinks.

  Disliked: The weren’t many faults, however, the bed was rather uncomfortable when laying down to rest.

  Very pleasant surroundings with good food in the basic buffet restaurant

  Liked: Buffet restaurant was excellent. Super choice of good food. Staff work incredibly hard.

  Disliked: The buffet restaurant didn’t open until 7.00 which is late for children and this is a family friendly hotel. A 6.00 or 6.30 start would be much better. Similarly the children’s disco clashes with the late starting buffet restaurant. We were unable to book any other restaurant apart from our last night.

  Liked: Big bed, powerful shower and nice breakfast choice. Staff are very helpful. Excellent housekeeping and attention to detail.

  Disliked: Air conditioner is a little lacklustre in performance, and I had difficulty getting very cold air in the room, although it was adequate. Room was a very long walk from reception (the Adults Only section).

  Excellent we will be back

  Liked: Lovely comfortable clean room. Nice on site restaurants. Top shelf drinks. Good entertainment and lovely surroundings

  Disliked: Only something very minor, Not been able to get a tea or coffee in the main buffet restaurant and lunch and dinner time
