  nice hotel and breakfast and staff

  Liked: breakfast was lovely, pool was lovely, cold but nice size. rooms clean and staff friendly

  Liked: The evening program was great.

  Disliked: POOL WAS 23-24 C COLD, THE SEE IS HOTTER THAN POOL, The hotel was full, but there were only a few people in the pool. I asked the manager—since a heated pool is advertised—to ensure that it is actually heated, and to confirm that 29°C is the standard temperature for a resort like theirs. But he said he wouldn't heat it, since no one else—besides me—had complained. So, for all five days I spent there, I just watched the pool. I expected better comfort and better food, given that this is a 4-star hotel. Before arriving here, I spent 6 days at the Barceló Lanzarote Active Resort—a hotel that truly lives up to its 4-star rating. I had half-board at both hotels.The pool there is heated to 29°C and the food is divine; if you want to have a great vacation, go there instead—the price is exactly the same, but you get so much more. The location is not what I expected; bars and shops are far away. When I checked in and realized that I would only be able to look at the pool, I asked for a refund so that I could go to a hotel that heats its pool, but my request was denied.

  Great Hotel

  Liked: To have a set time at night to cease playing Pool beside the Main Bar. A lot of Shouting, Cheering etc. Families with young babies really suffered.

  Very enjoyable

  Disliked: I requested a room closer as we have problems with steps didn’t receive it. The sheets weren’t changed as some blood got on the sheets from a little cut in my hand
