  Staff

  Liked: Was not happy at first because the booking dose not say that the hotel is spilt such a shame gorgeous place it’s booing. Com fault yet you arrive and take it out on staff

  Disappointed this year

  Liked: Liked staying in flora 1. Apartment was right next to the pool. The entertainer at the pool was funny and kids loved him. We only seen him twice at the pool in a week though compared to the year before. Kids loved the pizza beside the pool. Staff last year were alot friendlier and helpful compared to this year.

  Disliked: Around the pool area was dirty but not down to staff, mainly the guests leaving food wrappers, empty cans, plastic glasses. No pool entertainment. Alot of break ins before we arrived and while we were there. Staff were unhelpful to those guests. I had a ring taken from my bedside. It wasnt real gold, it was costume jewellery. Therefore I didnt report it to the hotel. Could only have been a cleaner. Ants in our room coming through gaps in the windows. We just bought spray. Leak in the bathroom ceiling twice in a week. Staff were very quick to resolve the issue though.

  Disliked: It’s dose not say the hotel is separated which i give my holiday a bad start the staff were amazing it’s booking. Coms fault not the hotel a lot of guests I spoke too thought the same should say flora 1 flora 2😡

  It was a very pleasant stay

  Liked: It’s a lovely location with great views from all the balconies and also views of the pools and sea! The restaurant is nicely located near the pools and shops near by!

  Disliked: Nothing really! Staff were very good and it was well kept and clean!

  Not for me

  Liked: The breakfast was very good and Said at the bar has a great sense of humour

  Disliked: The rooms are very dated, the pool floors were never hosed and very dirty, some of the reception staff need to work on their people skills, they were very sour and abrupt
