Fabulous hotel and staff as long as you get a good room

Liked: Room 6202 was simply the best. However we were given this room AFTER complaining upon arrival at being given a ground floor sea view room, which had access for everyone plus zero privacy.

Disliked: Upon arrival the lady checking us in told us we have been allocated a ground floor room and that it’s great…since this was our 4th visit to the hotel we knew it was easily accessible to the public and far from “great” and we said no immediately, but she was adamant for us to take a look. And we did, and it was no good.

Disliked: Confusion, no rules for accessing to facilities and with that crowd this was super unpleasant

  Wouldn’t return

Liked: The general area was clean and tidy and well maintained. Staff were nice

Disliked: The room we had was one of the apartments, the furniture was old and grubby, and felt very disconnected from the main hotel.

  Not what I expected

Liked: The hotel was pretty well located for us. Close the beach, water park and some really nice restaurants. Breakfast was fantastic, there was a great selection.

Disliked: The double bed was two fold up beds pushed together. The tap in the bathroom came away from the sink because the bolt had rusted through.
