  Slightly Disappointed

  Liked: Nice position near the beach a a few bars. Good terrace, not too far from a supermarket.

  Disliked: Lots of little things like the door seemed to drop and got stuck, someone had to come and fix it but it was playing up again as we left. Skirting board coming away from the wall. Handle missing off a window. Microwave placed on top of freezer compartment of fridge freezer which resulted in a big puddle under the microwave.

  Liked: Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this apartment in Lanzarote. The apartment itself is spacious, comfortable, and well equipped. We also really appreciated the host's kindness—since we arrived very late, they left us some food, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. One thing to be aware of is that the photos in the listing appear to show two different apartments. We were given the ground-floor apartment, which has a smaller terrace than some of the pictures suggest. It would be helpful if the listing clearly distinguished between the different units to avoid confusion. The only real downside was the cleanliness. Unfortunately, the apartment wasn't cleaned to the standard we usually experience when staying in holiday accommodations. We do think this is something that could be improved. Overall, the apartment offers good value, and with a few improvements—particularly clearer photos and more thorough cleaning—it could provide an even better experience.

  Our first stay in Playa Honda, looking forward to returning

  Liked: The location was excellent. Easy parking. Great swimming beach. Walkable markets and restaurants. The apt. was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped. Main bedroom was very comfortable. Excellent communication with Fernando. He made our stay very easy.

  Disliked: Perhaps a couple more towel hooks in the bathroom.

  Nice affordable accommodation in very good location

  Liked: The apartment is in good location, it is well equipped and clean. Free parking is on the street, we were always able to find good parking spot near the apartment. The apartment is close to the beach and many restaurants. We didn't encounter any problems.

  Disliked: There are photos of a few different apartments in the listing, we were expecting to have roof terrace at the apartment, but the terrace was available only to a different one.
