  Great stay in Arrecife

  Liked: Clean, quiet and well equipped. Great location for travelling to all parts of Lanzarote. Comfortable bed and living area. Very nice bathroom. Rooftop area a great added bonus

  Disliked: No instructions for the micro/combi grill cooker which limited what I could cook One night there was a strong chemical smell from the paint shop downstairs but no problem other 4 nights

  Highly recommended for anyone wanting privacy, tranquility, and great walking paths

  Liked: Overall, I was very pleased with everything that came with the apartment, from the facilities and appliances to the quiet, peaceful location. Although the nearest beach, the beautiful Playa Reducto, was fairly far (about a 40-minute walk or €6–€8 by taxi), the location suited me perfectly since I planned to take long walks every day. Luis was a perfect host from the moment I arrived at the apartment until the moment I checked out. He was informative, accommodating, and extremely helpful.

  Liked: The host is accommodating and very available throughout the staying. The apartment is clean and in good shape, it has appliances in the kitchen such as a deep fryer, a toaster, a coffee machine, and a citrus juicer. The kitchen is small, but functional for simple meals. The bathroom is pleasant, equipped with a hair dryer and a hand towel.

  Liked: Luis was a very responsible host, responding immediately after I made the booking. The day before our arrival, he messaged me on WhatsApp with instructions regarding when I wanted to enter the apartment. On the day of arrival, he remained attentive and helpful, as he had been throughout the entire booking period. The apartment was very clean and smelled fresh. There is a large balcony on the east and south sides of the building, so the sun shines on it in the morning and throughout the day. You can even see the sea from the balcony (the apartment is on the second floor, but all buildings in Arrecife are about the same height). Inside the apartment, there are two large Samsung TVs, a bad mattress is memory foam without springs, and a good shower with quick hot water. The fridge is spacious and not very noisy. You can park your car right in front of the building on the street, which is fairly quiet. There is a small fruit shop on a nearby street where you can buy fresh produce. For anything else, having a car is recommended. There are some residents in the building, but we didn’t see them — it was very quiet the whole time. We stayed here for five days, and I would recommend this place to anyone who spends most of their time outside the apartment and needs convenient parking with quick access to the highway.

  Great place for a long or short stay. Well situated with an amazing rooftop terrace

  Liked: The apartment is perfect for two people. It's well equiped (there is a washing machine, a coffe maker, an airfryer, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, two big televisions) and above all it's perfectly clean. There is also a big terrace with a barbacue overlooking the city. The location is also excellent. It's close to the highway so you can be on your way to different parts of the island easily. There is lots of free parking space in front of the building as well as many shops nearby. The neighbourhood is very quiet. The host is very friendly and helpful.
