  Great: resort, food, apartment and staff

  Liked: Great resort, beautiful and big, with lots of palm trees and 15 swimming pools - some of them smaller, but closer to group of apartments, others bigger and even baby ones. Very friendly staff. Lovely breakfast and dinner, including live cooking of fresh products, like pancakes and omelettes in the morning and steaks/ fish in the evening. Big free parking. October is the best month, as almost no wind.

  Disliked: Nothing. Just beware that if you need towels for the swimming pool is 10€ per towel deposit, which at the end you receive back

  Liked: Good location. Nice place … but too expensive for what it is… wouldn’t recommend.

  Disliked: Place dirty. Hair found in the shower and on the bed. Sofa was sticky and foot step was still visible. Walls not isolated. Could hear neighbors screaming and kids running in hallway. AC was super loud. Plugs weren’t working in the sleeping room….

  Liked: It was my second time at Tropical Island, and it was even better than last year! I love this hotel. The staff are very friendly and make this place somewhere you want to come back to. See you next year!:)

  Liked: Staff was excellent at the pool bar all fantastic and Diego at the restaurant was great

  Disliked: No very helpful for early check in or late check out, is a massive Hotel for sure they can accommodate when we were with a 3 YO

  Good place to stay in Lanzarote

  Liked: Great service, good staff, lot of things in hotel, amazing food, pools, comfortable rooms, good location to roam around the island

  Disliked: Cleaning was not every day, they miss cleaning 2 out of 9 days

Please note that children are not allowed in the spa. Air conditioning only in Summer season from May to October.
