  Liked: Three swimming pools and it being on the beach. Fabulous location bus stop directly outside hotel lovely Walk into the center. Plenty to do and fabulous staff.

  Disliked: I did not agree with people saving sun beds at 7am and not turning up until the afternoon when it clearly states this is not allowed and the hotel staff ignore this. They should remove all towels that are saved before 11am then there would be enough for everyone as people come and go all day. Coffee machine in room would be a bonus

  Lovely relaxing week in a lovely hotel

  Liked: Obviously the food we stayed half board and the food was excellent. All the staff from the girls who did the pilates and Aqua classes, all the restaurant staff, the cleaning staff and the staff on reception they were all very friendly and professional they really made our holiday. We loved the pilates and Aqua classes and our rooms were spotless every day.

  Disliked: There was nothing to dislike.

  Liked: Location was good with excellent bus and taxi services. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Had an issue with the shower which was sorted promptly.

  Disliked: Thought the rooms were small and congested. Some of the towels were very tattered as were the black out blinds. We always had to heat up our food in the microwave just a pity there was only one microwave for many people.

  Disliked: The food was almost always cold. The solitary Microwave was my saviour. The lack of tea coffee making facilities in the room
