  Another great stay

  Liked: This was our 3rd time staying at Villas Salinas de Matagorda and it was as good as we were expecting. We were in Villa 7 for 9 nights. The Villa was spacious with air conditioning in the lounge room and the main bedroom. Not that it is a criticism but the villa was a little dated but apparently they with be renovated very soon so they will be even better. Shops, bars restaurants and the amazing beach are a short walk away. Bus stops are very close as well which we didn't need as we had a car, each villa has it's own car space.

  Disliked: Nothing that we didn't like.

  Liked: The location and staff were excellent. Pool was gorgeous, perfect temperature. Really quiet complex, so close to the beach & local amenities we rarely heard any neighbours. Girls in reception were so helpful & friendly.

  Disliked: The kitchen facilities really let the place down for the price. Very dated, poor oven & fridge-freezer which was disappointing when trying cook & eat out less. The drains left a foul smell in the kitchen which we couldn't get rid of so we mostly avoided it as much as possible! Carolina had mentioned the villas were getting an upgrade next year so any improvements to the kitchen facilities would be most welcome & beneficial. Water pressure in the showers was also quite low. However, these were issues we were happy to overlook as we were only there for 9 days & we really had a fab time.

  great accomodation I would return

  Liked: Cloae to airport. great staff Carolina and Laura. Close to beaches and a short taxi ride to port.

  Great location for a week away, staff couldn’t of been more helpful and advised on days out and helped with booking taxi
