  It’s a beautiful hotel

  Liked: Very beautiful view and beautiful room

  Disliked: We only stayed one night but there was an unexpected power outage. We couldn’t charge our phone, we needed to use phone torch to light up bathroom for shower, of course couldn’t not use hairdryer after shower… we understand it’s not hotel’s fault, but it was a bad experience.

  Great hotel. Advise not to park on the street

  Liked: Confortable, the room, the bars and restaurant were very good, it is a great 4- start hotel

  Disliked: Parking outside on the street could be risky. I suffered an attempt of robbery, fortunately the thieves didn’t find any thing of great value but left a mess inside the car looking for valuables.

  Clean comfortable hotel pleasant staff would stay again

  Liked: Lovely hotel. Great location. Funicular a novelty.

  Disliked: Room had a few issues which shouldn’t have been down to us to highlight🙃 shame the funicular was out of service a few rainy days🫠 Pillows not comfy 🫠
