Exceptional
Highly recommend this hotel and will visit others in the chain in the future
Liked: The hotel was central, the staff were very welcoming and polite, and the room was perfect.
Excellent stay, quite, and great breakfast!
Liked: Great location. Not super touristy. Very well appointed hotel, lovely room, excellent amenities including rooftop bar and pool. The breakfast was incredible!
Disliked: The room was excellent value, however we were on the first floor facing a street, so not very private unless blinds down. Didn’t matter to us because we were out most of the time.
Fantastic city centre hotel with great facilities
Liked: The rooms were really well appointed, with excellent shower and bathroom facilities. Breakfast was excellent, location really convenient and we enjoyed the 2 pools ( indoor and outdoor). Highly recommend!
Disliked: We liked everything.
Would not stay here again purely because of the staff
Liked: breakfast was great shower great and rooms small but everything you need and stylish
Disliked: roof pool and bar looked much better in pictures check in very slow not helpful made error and only booked 1 person in each room and key cards did not work and access to car park did not work. manager very abrupt and charged extra breakfast there and then. very poor first impression.and only that the facilities were fine service and staff were very poor
All round modern clean hotel in a great location
Liked: The location, how modern it was. The bed was very comfy, the best hotel bed and pillows!! Air con very quiet. The spa and rooftop pool area so nice.
Disliked: Street noise, hard to sleep. Lack of privacy for the shower. Decent coffee machine needed at the roof top bar. Powdered milk… should not be offered. Tea bags were awful.
Liked: Great location, close to the historic center, shops and restaurants. Great rooftop pool and bar. Nice rooms, AC, toiletries and a free welcome drink too Quiet neighborhood and great service. The staff was the best, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.
