Exceptional
Amazing Customer Service, Beautiful Property, Fantastic Location
Liked: Impeccable customer service especially from Erene who was so incredibly accommodating, warm & efficient. The entire property has so much history and the rooms were spacious and very comfortable. A stone's throw from the beautiful Old Town, Fil Suites is the perfect place to stay in Palma

It is ok, would be ok for one or two nights not good for longer stay
Liked: Staff super friendly. Location is amazing.
Disliked: Twin beds even though it said a double. It was two single beds pushed together, very uncomfortable. There is no where to put your suitcases or your clothes. The shower leaks into the room. Random light kept room light all night. Shower had a funny smell, the room generally had a funny smell.
We throughly enjoyed our stay at Fil Suites and would definitely visit again

Excellent location, spotless and comfortable accommodation, but the bathroom layout lacks privacy
Liked: Excellent location, very clean and comfortable accommodation. The kitchenette was well equipped with a microwave, electric hob, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, which made our stay very convenient. Everything was modern and well maintained, and we really enjoyed our stay.
Disliked: The main downside was the lack of privacy in the bathroom area. Both the toilet and shower had glass enclosures and were part of the open-plan layout, offering almost no privacy. This was particularly inconvenient when staying as a family. One small improvement would be to provide some basic kitchen seasonings, such as salt and pepper.
Pleasant stay after a rough first night
Liked: The location was very good-close to centre of city in a relatively quiet location depending on the room allocation. To be fair the accommodation was of a high standard despite the problem with room allocation on the first night.
Disliked: I was competing in the Marathon on Sunday in Palma but unfortunately I was allocated a disabled room on the street level which was not sound proof and therefore I didn't get any sleep that night. I was told by the male receptionist that's the way it is when you book in a city hotel! That's not what was advertised though so I felt a bit let down. After raising the issue with a very pleasant receptionist I was moved to a different room the following day which was quieter and we managed to sleep.
