Liked: This is a phenomenal hotel. I travel all over the world and for value, this hotel is unsurpassed. It’s beautifully laid out with several swimming pools, including a heated outdoor pool that is especially appreciated in October when most of the pools in Mallorca are too cold to swim comfortably. It even has a rooftop swimming pool with a very nice bar and one floor below there is live music offered several nights a week. Blues and jazz! The staff members here are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is excellent. The room was lovely with a balcony, clean, and even the hallways are attractive.. I wouldn’t stay any other place but here if I were to return to Palma.
Disliked: I really can’t think of anything that I don’t like about this property. It’s truly a five star hotel at a four star price.
