Fabulous
Lovely hotel, would recommend but elements could be better
Liked: Nice room, very clean and good size. Free bottled water (still and sparkling) was a very nice touch and being replaced daily. Breakfast was good also. The room could do with some extras to make it feels better - tissues, biscuits for the coffee/tea etc.
Disliked: Extremely noisy if you have a road facing room, which we did. The noise of buses, trucks, bin collections went on all through the night and there was no let up for noise. We managed to sleep ok, but don’t expect to sleep in! I also appreciate breakfast has to be cleared away and finishes at 10.00am, but things were being taken away early which I thought was poor and limits people still dining who arrived towards the end of service. Check in was easy but by no means warm.
Great location. Simple room
Liked: Liked the position and the sky bar
Disliked: Not enough storage to put the little amount of clothes we had. No coat hangers. Only 2x tea bags per day. No where to put used ones. No hangers for towels to dry them if we wanted to re use them. Staff didn’t really interact as checked in online, so was hello and goodbye 🙁
Excellent value, great location highly recommend
Liked: Superb value for money, excellent location for the old town and the port. Great buffet breakfast and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Very comfortable bed and hot shower.
Disliked: Having to go down to the bar from the outside Terrace to order drinks, for the staff then bring them upstairs did seem a bit much, they definitely lost out on a couple of sales when people asked to order and we told they had to go downstairs
Our beds were comfy. The room was very clean. Water was provided which was appreciated
Liked: The exceptional breakfast was very much appreciated. Top notch!
Disliked: Small room for us as we had 4 pieces of luggage. We had to set luggage on the floor which gave us less room to walk.

Disliked: Very awkward to find the place and get in. Super creaky floors
