The hotel was a bit dated, had a cockroach problem, slippery pool floors, and poor table service at breakfast, although
Liked: We really enjoyed the kids’ show.
Disliked: We didn’t feel very comfortable in our room because I felt like I had to kill one or two cockroaches almost every evening. I think the hotel has a general cockroach problem. We also found the furnishings a bit dated. Around the indoor pool areas, the floors were quite slippery, and people could easily slip. I think the flooring needs to be improved to make it safer. At breakfast, the staff also struggled to clear and set the tables in time. We constantly had to look for cutlery and plates because they were often missing. The breakfast selection was generally okay, but it was clear that it was mainly geared towards British guests.
Location, staff and clean hotel make it - food was not great but it’s a buffet so is what it is!
Liked: The staff were all lovely especially the reception staff, the room was good and clean.
Disliked: The food was not great and the pool massively overcrowded, people are up at 6am to put towels down it’s not great

Disliked: We enjoyed our stay at this hotel, which is in an excellent location and is ideal for exploring the local area. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which made for a pleasant experience. However, the hotel is looking a little tired in places and would benefit from some updating. Unfortunately, the food was also only lukewarm, which was disappointing. With a little investment in the hotel and some improvement to the food service, this could be a really lovely place to stay. Overall, a nice hotel with a great location and friendly staff, but there is room for improvement.

Liked: Just a good hotel with good staff
Liked: The location was great, within easy walking distance of the beach, grocery stores and the main shopping street. We had a lovely view from our room, and the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were really friendly and welcoming, both to us and our little one. The pool bar also offered great service, always happy to help and serve us refreshing drinks, and the pool bar’s mini kitchen was perfect for grabbing a light bite to eat. Overall, we had a really lovely stay!
Disliked: Breakfast was usually quite busy and a little noisy. However, we always seemed to arrive quite late, right during the breakfast rush, as indicated by the hotel. It wasn’t a major issue, but it’s something to keep in mind if you prefer a quieter breakfast.

Liked: The kitchen staff were great, they cleaned up quickly
Disliked: We stayed from August 23rd to the 29th. After checking in, we went into our room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. I went to reception and they suggested calling cleaning services. The situation didn't improve; the girl just brought air freshener. Afterwards, we went to the beach. When we returned, it still smelled bad. I went back to reception and they suggested I come back in the morning and change rooms, but I had plans, so we had to air out the room constantly. Also, on the day of check-in, there was trash under the bed. The next day, I saw a cockroach in our room, ants, and the cleaning was poor. We also saw insects and cockroaches in the dining room on check-out day. We reported all this to reception, but they told us it was the tropics.
