Very good
Fine but numerous details detracted from the experience
Liked: Infinity pool is great. Food quality and variety at the evening meal buffet. Pool bar snacks. Large room even for standard. Location.
Disliked: Breakfast food quality is poor. Dirty glassware in buffet restaurant. Unorganised layout and process in the restaurant. Most staff quite unfriendly/unhappy. Large cockroach in the bathroom at night (from drain). Used mugs not replaced with clean ones. Seemingly reserving sun beds with towels for hours is acceptable. €2,50 for a small bottle of water is ridiculous.
Noise, noise and noise
Liked: Infinity pool
Disliked: Location, outdated room decor, noise during night because the clubs are next door and the music is untill 4 in the morning everyday, trash around sunbeds everywhere, room was not soundproof. There was constant drilling noise in the hotel because of renovations.
Liked: What a fantastic hotel, staff, food and everything was excellent, we had a lovely week, so relaxing
Disliked: I could not fault anything about the hotel, top class
Liked: I normally stay in Palm beach and the prices were the same but this time I went with Troya, loved it and would defo go back

Liked: Hotel is beautiful, rooms very clean and spacious good facilities, pools are very clean staff is very friendly and helpful.
Disliked: I liked everything, nothing I could complain about.
